The Yancey Humane Society is located in Burnsville, NC. There is a huge arts community of small businesses in Burnsville and I wanted to bring in more of that feeling to their brand. They are a non-profit, but I wanted to create a logo that was warm, inviting, and encompasses all that they do there. (Including uniting me with my cat, Artemis.)
